MMA is a sports discipline in which it borrows martial artists with a large range of techniques from many traditional martial arts.  MMA expresses the modern development of martial arts, providing a sports spectacle in which the fight takes place with minimal restrictions, but also minimizes the risk of serious injuries. 

     This group mainly includes players with a high level of training.  During training, the emphasis is mainly on sparring and technique.

      MMA is quickly becoming a popular martial art.  It combines the best elements of many fighting styles. Mastering elements such as kicking, striking, takedowns, and grappling are crucial if someone is serious about doing this sport.  

     MMA is the most physically demanding of all martial arts.  Participants must have extraordinary fitness and skills.  Martial arts training depends on the styles in which each player specializes.  Some will work more on boxing, others on kicking, and others on wrestling.  Every part of the body is being used, but the time spent on each of them depends on the player.  PAIN
     Knowing about your opponent is very important. If you are a boxer and meet a wrestler in the ring, you need to know what to expect.  MMA training requires a combination of all elements of fitness training.  AT LOMMA we don’t just let you train wrong; We make sure your form and technique are correct.

     You don’t have to know every fighting style to be good at MMA, but you need to know how to defend yourself against particular styles.  With MMA, it is very important to learn as much as possible about the opponent before the competition to know his techniques, strengths, and weaknesses.
