             7 P.M. TO 8 P.M.

     Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is primarily ground-based combat.  Choking and leveraging techniques are used to force the opponent into submission.  You can use BJJ for self-defense, practice as a competitive sport, or just take part as a perfect exercise and fitness program.  The training promotes mobility, endurance, and fighting spirit.  It develops practical skills that help one survive a combat situation on the ground.  This martial art is ideal for all weight classes and experience because Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is not based on raw power, but is designed specifically for a fight against bigger opponents, by using technique and leverage.
